Terms and Conditions for the Usage of SaaS Platforms and Software Applications
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of our Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms and software applications ("Services") provided by JPCann Associates LTD and its subsidiaries or trademarks ("Company," "we," or "us").
By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Services.

You may use the training materials solely for your internal use and may not distribute, modify, or reproduce them without our prior written consent.
4. Video Recording of Sessions
4.1 Recording Consent: We may record sessions conducted through our Services for training, quality assurance, or other purposes. By participating in such sessions, you consent to the recording of your voice, video, and any content shared during the session.
4.2 Use of Recordings: Recordings may be used by us for internal purposes, such as improving our Services or providing support. We will handle and protect recordings in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership: The Services, including any software, content, and materials provided by us, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company.

6.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services or this Agreement.
7. Termination
7.1 Termination by You: You may terminate this Agreement by ceasing to use the Services and closing your account, subject to any other obligations you may have under this Agreement.
7.2 Termination by Company: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without giving effect to its conflict of laws principles.
8.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the parties are unable to reach a resolution, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Arbitration.
